Access the Spaceships Wisdom via our Support Station

We have downloaded all the knowledge from all Spaceships Crew Members and have created an easy-to-use Support Station. The Support Station is packed with info about our campervans, the pick-up process, camping in New Zealand and roadtripping in New Zealand. You name it, the Support Station has the answers.

Call us toll-free within New Zealand or from overseas

• Our freephone / toll-free number (can be called for free when in New Zealand): 0800 772 237 free to call while in New Zealand (even with an overseas SIM card*). You don't need to add +64 in front of the 0800 number. Just call 0800 772 237 on any payphone, courtesy phone or your mobile. 
• Our local phone number: +6495262130 - This local phone number can be called when you are overseas and it can be used for sending us a chat message via WhatsApp.
• Or Call via Web so you don't need a local SIM card or local number.

As soon as you are connected to Spaceships HQ, you'll have the following options:

1. option #1 to book a Spaceship (sales team)
2. option #2 to talk to a crew member about your booking (customer service team)
3. option #3 to talk to NZRA aka roadside assistance (available 24 hours a day)

You can call us between 9am and 5pm (New Zealand time) on working days (Monday - Friday)

* It's free to call our freephone/toll-free 0800 number within New Zealand with a local SIM card - a Free SIM Card is included with every booking - or from a local phone. When you call the toll-free number with an overseas SIM on roaming, your home-provider might charge you for calling within New Zealand. Always use the free SIM Card included or use an NZ payphone or courtesy phone.
